After being in the online entrepreneur space for the last 11+ years and learning from many of the industry experts, it always felt like something was missing. Marketing strategies and business courses always felt cookie cutter.
It wasn’t until I packed up my life of 7 years in NYC and started traveling through Latin America that I realized what was missing…
The remembrance and acknowledgement that our projects and businesses carry a spirit. That we create in partnership with the spirit of our business. That our intuition is one of our greatest superpowers. That when we honor our gifts, what lights us up and our unique way of moving through the world, everything in business flows and grows.
When I started connecting to the spirit of my business projects, everything changed for me and began to unfold in a way I never expected.
I was able to download the vision for a retreat in Guatemala, get the enrollment page up and running, sell out 16 spots and run a kick ass retreat with one of my best friends in under 2 months
I launched Dream World, a 4-week course in partnership with Manari Ushigua in under 2 weeks with no email list and less than 2K Instagram followers and had 40 people enroll in our first cohort (12K revenue). This one-off program back in August 2020 has turned into a multiple 6-figure business rooted in spirit
I called in 16 amazing women into my Say Yes Collective 5-month program with an email list of only 300 people and less than 3K Instagram followers (6-figure program)

Sacred CEO combines weekly live calls, personalized business guidance, education and resources for growing your business, and an amazing community.
Live weekly coaching calls
We meet for live calls every Tuesday on Zoom.
Week 1: Sacred Strategy with Jess (90 minute call)
We open every month with a Sacred Strategy call to connect to the spirit of our business, review the previous month and map out the priorities for the upcoming month.
Week 2: Community Connection with Barbara (45 minute call)
Barbara will open the space with a cacao ceremony or meditation and then you’ll get the chance to connect with a fellow Sacred CEO in a breakout room on anything from your favorite show, your human design, or what you’re working on right now. Community is one of the most important parts of Sacred CEO and this call is designed to make space for you to build meaningful relationships.
Week 3: Masterclass with Jess or Guest Teacher (90 minutes)
Week 3 is all about learning – from marketing to launch strategies, to Human Design, to Indigenous teachings and how it relates to business. This call will be with Jess or a guest teacher.
Week 4: Sacred Money with Barbara, Jess or Guest (45 minutes)
Looking at our money (bank account, spreadsheets) and our money story is key. In this call, we’ll connect to the spirit of money, do thought work, look at our money, update our financial tracking spreadsheets and more.

As a film maker, I was using Instagram and social media in a very limited way - I would just post still photos every once in a while. Jess helped me discover how Wisdom Keepers could develop a significant global organic reach through Instagram and TikTok and understand how short form videos could help build an audience for longer form projects down the road. Meet Jess
I’m a business strategist and world traveler and I’m passionate about helping folks build successful businesses sharing their unique gifts with the world. I’m the founder of Say Yes With Jess and the co-founder of Dream World, an online education platform sharing Amazonian dreaming wisdom with Manari Ushigua.
For the last 11 years, I’ve worked in the online business world supporting industry leaders in the entrepreneurship, wellness & spirituality space to launch best selling books, signature courses, execute retreats and events around the world, and build sustainable high impact businesses.
I’ve been living nomadically mostly in Latin America for the last 5 years, learning and working closely with indigenous communities and understanding how to integrate spirit into our daily life and businesses and it’s my mission to share this with as many people as possible. I believe when we integrate the sacred and the strategic, incredible things can happen.

Barbara Sánchez is a trauma informed coach, cacao ceremonialist, and the right hand at Say Yes With Jess and Dream World.
Barbara began her personal development journey at the age of 17 and has dedicated the last 10 years to learning how to heal by gathering tools from the ancient and modern world. Being raised between Ecuador and New York, Barbara is a bridge between cultures.
Barbara is currently serving Dream World International and Say Yes With Jess through community support, social media management, launch implementation and growth.
Barbara’s personal mission is to empower women of color to fully embrace their identity, feel worthy of taking of space and earning great money, become financially empowered, and break generational cycles that are holding them back.
