In the Say Yes Collective, we’ll do things a little differently than a typical business mastermind. Each strategy session, we’ll open with sacred space and connect to the spirit of our business before going into hot seats, strategy or teaching. Throughout the program, I will be guiding different rituals and sacred practices, as well as bringing in guest experts who are my personal spiritual and energetic support team.
Here’s the truth: marketing, sales and business models haven’t changed much over the last 10 years. Most of them are tried and true and the implementation is relatively simple. But not every strategy is for every business.
It is through connecting to the spirit of your business and creating space in your daily life and through the Say Yes Collective that you’ll be able to receive the visions from your heart on which strategy is perfect for you. As a film maker, I was using Instagram and social media in a very limited way - I would just post still photos every once in a while. Jess helped me discover how Wisdom Keepers could develop a significant global organic reach through Instagram and TikTok and understand how short form videos could help build an audience for longer form projects down the road. When we started working together in March 2022 @wisdom.keepers had nearly 800 followers on Instagram - today we are at 203k followers and growing daily!
Not only are the messages of the wisdom keepers being amplified and reaching thousands of new people every day all over the world, I am also connecting with amazing like-minded people and projects forming meaningful alliances and collaborations through social media. how the program works:
The Say Yes Collective combines sacred strategy sessions, virtual retreats, 1:1 Instagram support & a group WhatsApp chat.
Virtual Retreats: We’ll have three 2.5 hour virtual retreats through out the program: to open the container, at the mid point and to close. These retreat will be a portal to really connect as a community, go deep with the spirit of your business and map out or update your personal business strategy.
Call dates: Feb 23rd, May 4th, July 20th
These calls will be on Thursdays from 10:30am-1pm EST
2x/month Sacred Strategy Sessions: Twice per month, we’ll meet as a group on Zoom for our Sacred Strategy Session. In this 90 minute session, we’ll open with sacred space, and then go into a mixture of teaching, transformational embodied experiences (healings, ceremonies), hot seat coaching, and guest speakers.
These calls will be on the 1st and 3rd Thursday of the month from 11:30-1pm EST
Note: the virtual retreat will replace one of the strategy sessions in the 1st, 3rd and 5th month.
The calls will be recorded and made available inside your members portal. If you can’t be there but have a question, we’ll make sure you get the support you need on the call.
Private group Whatsapp chat to stay connected in between live sessions and cheer each other on. We’ll use this space to share wins & ask for support.
1:1 Support from Jess: Jess will follow you through a private Instagram and give you personalized feedback and engagement throughout the program. You get direct access to Jess in the DMs for support in between sessions. Not on IG? No problem — we’ll stay connected on WhatsApp or another platform.

Hi, I’m Jess! I’m a business strategist and world traveler working to bridge ancient wisdom to the modern world & supporting change makers in sharing their gifts in a big way. I’m the founder of Say Yes With Jess and the co-founder of Dream World, an online education platform sharing Amazonian dreaming wisdom with Manari Ushigua. I’ve worked in the online business world for 10 years, supporting industry leaders in the entrepreneurship, wellness & spirituality space to launch best selling books, signature courses, execute retreats and events around the world, and build sustainable high impact businesses. For the last 4 years, I’ve spent most of my time in Latin America, learning and working closely with indigenous communities and understanding how to integrate spirit into our daily life and businesses. I’m currently living in the Ilalo mountains in the Andes in Ecuador.

We don't expect anyone to be able to make it to every call! That's why video recordings of every group call will be published in our member’s area.

This is a mid four-figure investment (with an option for a long-term payment plan) that I know will completely change the course of your career and life. For sure! Social media is just one marketing strategy and if it doesn’t feel aligned to post regularly, we’ll find the marketing strategy that works for you. We’ll make sure that your Instagram (TikTok/FB) profiles are clear so that if people come to your page or tag you, they’ll know exactly who you are and what you do, but that’s it. We’ll focus on one of the many other marketing strategies that exist.

For sure! Implementation is one of the most important parts of the program. If a member if your team runs for email marketing, social media, website, sales etc — they are welcome to be on the calls with you!

Nope! The Say Yes Collective is for women, men and non-binary folks. This group will likely be more women but everyone who is committed to truly shining and being part of an empowering collective is welcome.
