Hi 👋 I'm Jess - aunt to Adina and Noa

A few years ago, while I was building a company about dreams and sleep, I started doing my own evening ritual to help me sleep better and remember my dreams, and it worked.

A couple of months later while visiting my nieces and doing their bedtime routine - I decided to mix it up. I didn’t particularly love their bedtime routine of playing and reading a story. It didn’t feel fun or easy so I thought: why not bring them into my magic instead?

A bedtime I would actually enjoy too and one that I knew would help them settle their nervous systems from the busy day into sleep. They loved it immediately and so did I. Five years later, it’s become one of our favorite family traditions.

The kids now lead the whole process. They light the candle and palo santo. They sing along to the songs. Last year, my niece Noa (only 6½ at the time) led our entire family through it from memory on vacation. Everyone said it was the best part of the trip 🌹
